Drops the bricks nobody can see. Much cheaper and faster.
What do you want out of it?
Print it in one piece
One STL, one print, no assembly. Looks brick-built, isn't separable bricks.
Studs are only modelled where they're visible. Print at 0.2mm layers; no supports needed if you print it as-is.
Print the actual bricks
Real hollow bricks with studs and clutch tubes, then click them together.
Honest warning: brick clutch needs about 0.1mm accuracy. On a typical FDM printer these will come out either loose or welded together, and you'd be printing hundreds of them. Resin gets closer.
Buy the real bricks
Parts list plus layer-by-layer instructions. No printer needed.
Price is a rough estimate for used parts and excludes postage. Colour IDs in the BrickLink file are unverified — check the list looks right before you pay.
Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the LEGO Group. The original brick patents expired in 1978, so brick-compatible geometry is fair game — the trademark isn't, which is why nothing here is called LEGO.
